Massimo Prando Crag (Ussolo)

Massimo Prando Crag (Ussolo)

Mountain crag set in a truly remarkable natural environment. It consists of a long rock band (limestone) that runs diagonally up a steep slope. There are approximately 25 routes ranging from grade 4c to 7b. Mostly short routes on compact walls, slabs, and small overhangs.
To access the crag, leave your car near the hamlet of Vallone di Ussolo, and with approximately 45 minutes of walking you’ll reach the base. This site was recently developed and equipped in 2020, so the bolt equipment is excellent. At an elevation of 1,750 m with a southeast exposure, it makes for an ideal crag from May to September.
