The Valle Maira Tourism Consortium, the valli del Canavese Consortium, the valli di Lanzo Tourism Operators Consortium, the Alpi biellesi Consortium and the Monte Rosa/Valsesia Consortium have successfully participated, in collaboration with the Unione montana valli di Lanzo, Ceronda e Casternone, L’Unione Montana Valle Maira e l’Unione Alpi Graie, at the event “L’artigiano in fiera”, one of the most important trade fairs at national level, promoting the mountains of Piedmont.

The collaboration between the five consortium has been awarded by the Piedmont Region who evaluated the project positively and assigned the maximum score in the tender which finances initiatives to promote and market the tourist product. Cooperation between homogeneous territories is the best response of the mountain to a difficult situation which has been going on for years and which has been worsened by the pandemic.

A response made of concrete actions and a collaboration that will continue, while respecting the peculiarities of each individual territory, through joint participation in fairs, exchange of typical products, joint publications, shared tourist proposals.
