Reading-Concert Performance “ALL OF MY VOICE…” – Saturday, August 23 in Prazzo
8th Edition of the CINE&MUSICA E… FESTIVAL at the Ecomuseum of the Upper Maira Valley

This is the final event of the 8th Edition of the CINE&MUSICA E… FESTIVAL at the Ecomuseum of the Upper Maira Valley, which throughout the summer has brought 14 events—including music concerts, film forums, and entertainment for adults and children—to the Ecomuseum’s municipalities.

On Saturday, August 23 at 9:00 PM, the reading-concert performance “ALL OF MY VOICE – The Insomnia of Love” will take place in Prazzo Inferiore, at the CA.DE.CO Hall – former stables.

“All of My Voice – The Insomnia of Love” is inspired by the novel “I’m Still Waiting for Someone to Apologize to Me” by Michela Marzano, which tells the story of Anna, a woman whose childhood and adolescence were marked by abuse, and who is married to a possessive and violent man. The performance addresses complex and urgent themes: emotional relationships, care and consent, the difference between controlling love and genuine love, and the rejection of both toxic masculinity and toxic femininity.

The narrative voice of Elisa Dani will alternate with original songs that tell stories and evoke images and thoughts that either complement or contrast with the text (with lead vocals by Adele Gertosio, and music by Alberto and Pinuccio Gertosio, and Alberto Savatteri). The show will take the audience deep into Anna’s complex world—a world that, in truth, holds many lives—our lives.

The event is organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Prazzo, Pro Loco Prazzo, and the Chaliar Association.
