Chef Ronel comes from Benin (West Africa) and has always had a great curiosity and passion for cooking.
Upon arriving in Italy, he was literally enchanted by the diverse variety and tradition of Italian and Piedmontese cuisine which, guided by some excellent local chefs, he has made his own.
Following in the footsteps of the previous chef, he has focused from the start on showcasing high-quality ingredients and seasonal products.
