“Being Present: from autopilot to presence” – meditation workshops resume as part of the RIATTIVAMENTI project

New meditation workshop sessions: Saturday, October 3 from 3:00 PM–5:00 PM / 5:00 PM–7:00 PM in Macra, at the Infoecopoint at Piazza Marconi 1 (Town Hall square), the session “Being Present: from autopilot to presence” will be held.

Instructor Atimoda Grazia Monge from the Vyvi Association will guide participants in recognizing automatic habits to foster an authentic return to the present moment. During the session, attention will focus on exploring the emotional intelligence of the heart, offering practical tools to welcome and deeply understand one’s inner world.

The program will develop through the integration of various body and meditation techniques, including mindful movement and targeted breathing practices.

Learning to dismantle the pillars of daily automatism allows one to develop a solid and conscious presence, essential for improving quality of life and relationships.

The workshop represents a unique opportunity to cultivate awareness and deep listening, charting the path to well-being that starts from the body and reaches the heart.

The Meditation Workshop is part of the RiattivaMenti Project: Traditional trades and youth participation to revitalize the Maira Valley, presented by the municipality of Celle di Macra as the lead partner, with the participation of the Municipalities of Macra, Prazzo, Elva, Marmora, Canosio, Stroppo, and Villar San Costanzo, as well as Uncem Piemonte, Centro Studi Cultura e Territorio APS, Associazione Chaliar ODV, Associazione Luoghi di Passaggio APS, Associazione Escarton APS, and the Maira Valley Youth Council and funded by the Piedmont Region, through the Youth Policy Fund within the regional initiative “Piemonte per i Giovani” pursuant to L.R. 6/2019.
