The intent of the farm is to create, rediscover and protect a more humane agriculture, where human still means “creature generated by the earth”. This means maintaining local biodiversity, not only of apples, but of every other plant or animal species present in the area. No longer a farm but an Agricultural Organization where we are simply the custodians and where all beings present play an essential role for a universal balance. In our agricultural organism you will be able to find apple juice, cider, vinegar, apples and dried fruit, at the end of May, peony flowers, or simply a place where you can re-connect with yourself through a walk in the orchard.
