Ring suitable for all those who want to discover the corners of the lower Val Maira, also suitable for beginners.

The start is set at the Ciciu del Villar nature reserve, where, after passing the inhabited center, take the Pramallè paved road, which leads to the center of Morra. From here you cross the state road and in a short time you reach the cycle-pedestrian platform that allows you to reach Monastero. Continue on an agricultural road that alternates asphalted sections with dirt roads and allows you to reach the historic center of Dronero, then continue towards Tetti and Ponte Bedale. Taking a detour near the cemetery you get to Paschero di Cartignano avoiding the asphalt. Going down on Ponte, you cross the provincial road and thanks to a climb you reach the church of San Bernardo. Turning right on a path accessible to cars at times, you will reach San Giuliano di Roccabruna through various hamlets. Following secondary streets you will find other villages and you will reach the sanctuary of Santa Maria de Libera. From here you can choose whether to detour towards the Abbey of San Costanzo al Monte or return directly to the starting point.
