Presentation of the RiattivaMenti project in Macra, at the InfoEcopoint – Ecomuseum Desk on February 28, 2026

With the inaugural day to be held on February 28, 2026, at the Infoecopoint, Ecomuseum Desk in Macra, the RiattivaMenti project kicks off. It is funded by the Piedmont Region through the Youth Policy Fund as part of the regional initiative “Piemonte per i Giovani” in accordance with Regional Law 6/2019.

The project, presented by the municipality of Celle di Macra as the lead partner, involves the participation of the Municipalities of Macra, Prazzo, Elva, Marmora, Canosio, Stroppo, and Villar San Costanzo, as well as Uncem Piemonte, Centro Studi Cultura e Territorio APS, Associazione Chaliar ODV, Associazione Luoghi di Passaggio APS, Associazione Escarton APS, and the Valle Maira Youth Council.

The project, aimed at young people aged 15 to 34, includes a series of diverse initiatives such as workshops, courses, and meetings that will take place from now until autumn within the territory of the participating municipalities.

Planned activities include: woodcarving course, dry-stone walling course, weaving course, wellness and creativity workshops, meditation workshops, forest therapy workshop, environmental education workshop, dance workshop, and active citizenship workshop.

Activities will launch in the coming months, promoted through press releases and social media.

Participation in the courses is free and open to all young people from both Valle Maira and other areas.
