The Lo Puy Experience – From Goat to Cider

Enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of the Lo Puy farm. During a guided tour of approximately two hours, you will discover our goat farming, goat cheese production, the small vineyard, the vegetable gardens, and our ciders.
Guided tasting:
- Four goat cheeses
- Four glasses of cider
Followed by lunch at the farmhouse including a first course, dessert, water, and coffee.

We have been raising dairy goats since 1999 and produce raw milk cheeses without added ferments, which therefore maintain the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the pasture, which we practice daily from spring until the first snow. A cheese that changes based on the season, what the goat eats in the pasture, and the atmosphere. Living mold, living cheese. A unique, unrepeatable product You can buy them in the village in our Farm Shop, open every day from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm. On the door you will find a telephone number, call and someone will arrive! You can also find our cheeses in many shops and restaurants in the valley. The chain ends with the farmhouse and the rooms where you can stay.
