Patronal Feast of St. James the Greater – Pratavecchia in Celebration

From July 17 to 20, 2026, Pratavecchia celebrates the traditional Patronal Feast of St. James the Greater with four days dedicated to conviviality, fine cuisine, music, and activities for all ages.

The program features gastronomic evenings with mixed grill, Valencian paella, and the traditional grand polentata, accompanied by musical entertainment, DJ sets, a beer festival, and dancing evenings.

Sunday is dedicated to the patronal celebrations with Holy Mass and Procession, followed by games, children’s animation, an aperitif, and the musical evening “Canta Pratavecchia”.

The event concludes on Monday with games dedicated to the little ones, the polentata, and a dancing evening with an orchestra.

An event that combines tradition, good food, and moments of community, open to residents and visitors alike, to experience together the atmosphere of the Pratavecchia patronal feast.
