Once again this year, we invite you to join our traditional ecological walk in the wonderful mountain village of Celle Macra, in the heart of the splendid Maira Valley, immersed in lush nature among beech and fir trees.

📍We invite you to participate in large numbers and to share this initiative with friends and acquaintances!

Strolling through Celle and its stories – Plastic Free ecological walk

🕤 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM Meeting point: Piazzale Borgata Chiesa

Join us for a day dedicated to nature, culture, and respect for the environment! An ecological walk through the hamlets of Celle, in the lush Maira Valley, to rediscover the territory and take care of it together!
📍Route
Borgata Chiesa → Borgata Paschero → Borgata Albornetto
* Loop of approximately 5 km
* Elevation gain: 150 m

📍During the walk we will discover:

* Local chapels and traditions
* The history of anchovy sellers and Alpine economies
* The naïve frescoes by Giors Boneto on houses and pylons
* The giant ash tree
* The Pertus d’la Patarela
* The covered passages of Borgata Albornetto
* The fresco of Borgata Chiesa and the Hans Clemer polyptych
👉During the route, we will help keep the environment clean by collecting any waste along the way. A small, concrete gesture to take care of our territory!

📍What to bring
Trekking shoes, water, a hat, gardening gloves, and a packed lunch to be brought independently
👉Upon return, a tasting of local products kindly offered by Pro-Loco Seles will follow!
