Flavors of Monastero 2026

From July 24 to 31, 2026, the appointment with Flavors of Monastero returns to Dronero, a week of events, gastronomy, music, traditions, and community gatherings organized by the Monastero di Dronero Committee.

Program

Friday, July 24

8:30 PM – Tarcisio’s Porchetta (reservation required)
Dinner with trio of appetizers, unlimited Tarcisio’s porchetta with potatoes, and dessert.

10:00 PM – DJ Pippo Palmieri

Saturday, July 25

8:30 PM – Street Food Evening

10:00 PM – Concert with ABCD Band and San7i

Sunday, July 26

10:30 AM – Holy Mass
With procession and blessing of tractors.

1:00 PM – Flavors of Monastero (reservation required)
Lunch with three appetizers, a first course, a second course with side dish, and dessert (wine and water included).
Children’s menu also available (up to 12 years) with first and second course with side dish.

4:00 PM – Games for adults and children

Monday, July 27

8:30 PM – XXII Asado Festival (reservation required)
Asado, side dish, cheese, and dessert.
