9TH CINEeMUSICA E… FESTIVAL AT THE ECOMUSEUM OF ALTA VALLE MAIRA
The 9TH CINE&MUSIC FESTIVAL AND….. AT THE ECOMUSEUM OF UPPER VALLE MAIRA returns to enliven the summer at the Ecomuseum of Upper Valle Maira, offering a rich program of free concerts and film forums set in the extraordinary natural scenery of the five Piedmont municipalities involved.
The 10 events scheduled in the 2026 program are a special opportunity to experience the mountain atmosphere, combining the enhancement of the territory and ecomuseum traditions with moments of gathering and entertainment suitable for families, residents and tourists.
Sunday, AUGUST 9 at 9:30 PM in Prazzo inferiore, at the Sports Fields, a concert by the musical group YOYO BAND is scheduled.
The concert will be held during the Torneo dei Ceppi, which is organized every year in Prazzo and represents the highlight of the summer in Valle Maira, bringing together beach volleyball and 5-a-side football tournaments with moments of pure fun and conviviality.
The YOYO Band was founded in 1996 from an idea of a group of friends with a specific purpose: to have fun and entertain.
Their vast repertoire spans music at 360°, featuring rock, pop and disco dance from the 1970s to today.
Each of their concerts transforms into an explosive party, thanks to the overwhelming energy they bring to the stage. The band brings together musicians who share a great dream and a strong passion for live music.
In their shows, the audience is never just a spectator but becomes the absolute protagonist of the evening.
Their ability to range across different musical genres allows them to engage listeners of all ages.
The event is organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Prazzo and Pro Loco Prazzo.
Participation in the event is free of charge.
The initiative is part of the project Participatory experiences of the Upper Maira Valley Ecomuseum territory, funded by the CRT Foundation through the Ordinary Grants Call, and the project Educational paths & workshops of the Upper Maira Valley Ecomuseum funded by the CRC Foundation through the General Call.
