Lengas en scèna Series in Dronero

The Espaci Occitan in Dronero celebrates the centenary of the publication of La Béstio dou Vacarés, a masterpiece in the Occitan language written in 1926 by Joseph d’Arbaud.

The event will feature a bilingual dramatized reading curated by Rosella Pellerino (author of the first Italian translation of the work, published by La noce d’oro). A mysterious journey through space and time that will take the audience to 15th-century Camargue, among mythological creatures, fabulous beings, and the extraordinary landscapes of the brackish marshes.
