A day discovering mountain dairy farms and alpine cheeses at Alpe Valanghe, combining hiking, nature, and the dairy traditions of Valle Maira.

The event is scheduled for Sunday, August 23, with a hike along the Gias Maru – Cima Test route, covering a total distance of 8.8 km round trip with an elevation gain of approximately 530 meters.

At the end of the hike, lunch will be served at Roberta Colombero’s mountain dairy farm, featuring a delicious platter of alpine cheeses, accompanied by pudding or yogurt, at a cost of €10.
