The Lou Bià Agriturismo presents its 2026 course calendar, a series of craft workshops immersed in the nature of the Maira Valley, dedicated to creative manual skills, Alpine traditions, and the art of woodworking and weaving.

The courses take place at the facility with the possibility of staying on-site, but they are also open to external participants without the obligation of an overnight stay.

The program offers hands-on experiences in small groups, guided step-by-step:

• May 22–23 – “Weaving Hands”
Workshop dedicated to weaving techniques to create a handcrafted basket.

• June 13–14 – Basic course “Creative Wood Turning”
Creation of a spinning top and small objects on the lathe.
2-day course (2 lunches) – maximum 6 participants. Cost €150.00

• June 19–20 – “Weaving Hands”
Second edition of the creative weaving workshop for the creation of a basket.

• June 26–27 – “Painted Wood Panels”
Composition of a decorative painting using painted wooden panels.

• July 11–12 – “Weaving Hands”
New session dedicated to traditional weaving techniques.

• August 22–23 – “Wooden Bowls and Plates”
Woodworking and decoration workshop to create a handcrafted bowl or plate.

• September 5–6 – “Weaving Hands: Cuspie” (experts only)
Advanced course dedicated to the creation of wide-band baskets by weaving “cuspie”.

All courses last 2 days.
Cost: €100.00 per person (2 lunches included), with the exception of the creative woodturning course (€150.00).
Minimum number of participants: 3 people.
Reservation required at least 5 days before the start of the course.
