From Thursday, June 18 to Sunday, June 21, the Ciciufestival returns for its fourteenth edition. Organized by Pro Villar, the event confirms its reputation as “the right place to be together,” celebrating the beauty of the region with a rich program of events taking place primarily within the evocative setting of the Ciciu del Villar Nature Reserve and throughout the village streets.

A long weekend designed for all ages, combining the appreciation of nature with live music, outdoor sports, and local food and wine. Do you want to enjoy the experience to the fullest without the worry of driving home? A free camping area is available near the Reserve on Friday and Saturday nights. Grab your tent and let’s go!

Thursday, June 18 – Opening under the stars

The festival opens at 9:00 PM in the Nature Reserve with the magical atmosphere of “Celtic Harp Sounds under the Stars,” accompanied by a Bar & Drink service. Imagine a good drink in hand and the celestial notes of the Celtic harp as your soundtrack. The best way to start the weekend early.

Friday, June 19 – Sport and Spazio Libero Music Festival

The day begins at 7:00 PM with the “Corri in Villar,” a 6 km non-competitive run and walk. Just enough time to cross the finish line and the evening begins! The “Street Food & Drink” areas will also open at 7:00 PM. The evening will come to life with the Spazio Libero Music Festival: featuring Maldeskin (8:30 PM), Borderline (9:45 PM), and a DJ set by Dj Marco at midnight.

Saturday, June 20 – Outdoor, Paragliding, and Major Concerts

A high-adrenaline day starting at 10:00 AM with the “Ciciu Block Boulder Meeting” and the “Paragliding Meeting” (in collaboration with the Para Delta Club Cuneo). Street Food resumes at 7:00 PM, while the Spazio Libero Music Festival music begins as early as 6:30 PM with performances by the IC Dronero and IC Viale Angeli Cuneo comprehensive schools. Sunday, June 21 – Tradition, Family, and Culture

Through the village streets from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, there will be space for the “Ciciu Mercatini”* craft and gastronomy markets, followed in the afternoon by guided tours of historical sites (San Costanzo al Monte, the Crypt, and the Chapel of S. Giorgio) and the grand Occitan Concert at 4:00 PM.

At the Nature Reserve, the day will be entirely dedicated to families: a magic show (11:00 AM), Street Food (from 12:00 PM), horseback riding trails, and the Grand Treasure Hunt for children in the afternoon. There will also be guided nature tours, an afternoon DJ set with DJ Remo, and an equestrian show organized by the Merens Horse Breeders Association.
