Bivacco Danilo Sartore

Bivacco Danilo Sartore

The Sartore bivouac was built at the behest of the family in perennial memory of his son Danilo, a promising biathlon athlete, a lover of climbing and the mountains, who died by mistake or fatality at the age of 22 in a climbing wall. It is located at 2450 m asl.

The property offers 2 beds with mattresses and another 4 narrow beds without mattress. It is equipped with blankets, emergency kits and electricity, but does not have a nearby water source. No gas and no dishes. Telephone coverage is available at 50 meters and the water at a 60-minute walk (Baciasset fountain).
