Ponte Maira snow route (green)
A short loop on the paths that ascend the beautiful larch grove on the northern slopes of Mount Midia to reach some stone grange huts with typical losa roofs.
The descent is along comfortable forest tracks to the village of Ponte Maira.
Max. altitude 1640 m / min. altitude 1401 / difficulty WT2
WARNING: Winter hiking, like all outdoor activities, can be dangerous.
You must be properly equipped and know how to use an avalanche transceiver (ARVA/ABEAC).
