Colle ciarbonet loop
The itinerary allows you to discover one of the most beautiful and intact valleys of the entire Maira valley, that of Unerzio.
The ring begins just before Acceglio, where you follow the asphalted road that climbs the valley of Unerzio and its villages Gheit, Chialvetta, Pratorotondo and Viviere. At the end of the asphalt, continue on a military road that reaches the Ciarbonet hill. You descend following a single trail in a larch forest on the opposite side to that of the climb. Upon encountering a military road near Sorgenti del Maira, take the grassy path immediately after the reservoir and follow the Maira stream to Acceglio.
