BLOWING IN THE WIND

The theater season of Santibriganti is back at the civic theaters of Caraglio, Busca, and Dronero.
Fourteen shows make up a program that will accompany all enthusiasts from November 7, 2025 to May 2026.
The performances will be made possible thanks to the trust and support of the respective administrations, with the goal of establishing a fruitful dialogue between stage and audience, embodying and representing peace, reflecting on themes that resonate with everyone, embracing diversity while balancing, as always, commitment and lightness.
The title chosen for the 2025/2026 season is Blowing in the Wind, in tribute to Bob Dylan “and to a desire, however utopian, for peace—blowing in the wind—knowing full well it might not make a difference, but doing it anyway and continuing to believe in it.”
The season will feature evening performances for all audiences and Sunday matinees dedicated to families: a way to spend time together, but also to learn about and reflect on what’s happening in the world.
Kicking off the season on Friday, November 7 at the Civic Theater of Busca, is the show I Promessi Sposi on Air, where the characters from Manzoni’s novel come to life before the author, confronting him face to face.
Following that, on Saturday, November 15 at the Civic Theater of Dronero, the show I Wish I Had a Voice in which actor and playwright Tindaro Granata shares his “meeting of souls” with the high-security inmates of the Messina Prison who, through Mina’s songs, express their love for life.
The program also includes shows for families, starting with Nonnetti on stage Sunday, November 23 at the Civic Theater of Caraglio, which follows a day in the lives of two grandparents dealing with small events that disrupt their daily routine with expected and unexpected guests bursting into a world as fragile and enchanting as a music box.
The program, spread across the three theaters, will also be an opportunity to see nationally renowned artists who have won prestigious awards such as the Ubu, Hystrio, and Italian Theater Masks prizes, regional companies of proven professionalism, local groups, and talented artists who make quality lightness and entertainment their hallmark.
With the 2025-2026 Season, Santibriganti Teatro continues its inclusive journey across the three valleys of the Cuneo province, with a carefully selected program of shows that will strengthen the bond with this region even further.
The show Brillantina, which was scheduled for February 8, has been postponed to Sunday, March 1 at the CineTeatro of Dronero.
