A day dedicated to the flavors and traditions of Valle Maira with the Canosio Alpine Nostrale Cheese Festival, an event celebrating the renowned alpine cheese and typical products of the DOC Valleys.

The event opens at 9:00 AM with the DOC Valleys Typical Products Fair, an opportunity to discover and purchase the area’s gastronomic excellence.

The program continues with an aperitif with music, accompanied by Occitan dances by Daniela Mandrile and a performance by Lou Pitakass.

At 12:30 PM, lunch organized by the Pro Loco is scheduled, open to all (reservation recommended).

The day will conclude at 3:00 PM with a concert by Lou Dalfin, the historic group symbolizing Occitan music, for an afternoon of celebration honoring Alpine culture and traditions.
