Ring of Taste – Agriatelier
The land becomes a workshop
On Sunday, March 29, the 2nd stage of the Ring of Taste – Agriatelier will take place—an experience blending nature, flavors, and traditions in the Valle Maira area, starting from Cartignano and finishing in San Damiano Macra.
The day will begin at 9:00 AM with a meeting in Cartignano at la Bottega del Buon Cammino. From there, an 8 km self-guided hike (round trip) will start, with an elevation gain of 300 meters, along trails immersed in the valley’s landscape.
Along the route, there will be several Stops of Excellence featuring visits and stories at local farms:

Lo Puy Farm (raw milk goat cheese)

Lo Grasal Farm (Damask roses and ceramics)
The day will continue with a convivial lunch on the outdoor terrace of Agriturismo Lo Puy.
Adult menu – €20
Polenta concia (or with oil or butter, please specify when booking), a small tasting of goat cheeses paired with Lo Grasal and Le Delizie della Valle Maira products, goat’s milk crème caramel, coffee, bread, and spring water. Drinks not included.
Children’s menu – €13
Polenta concia (or with oil or butter, please specify when booking), crème caramel, and spring water.
In the afternoon, there will be an experiential workshop with Sissi Menardo.
